• Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
• Usage data: Features you use, screens you visit, and interactions within the app.
• Location data: General location (city-level) to show relevant events and places near you. We do not track precise GPS location continuously.
• Push notification tokens: If you opt in to notifications, we store tokens to deliver them.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Service, including matching you with events and people.
• Authenticate your account via one-time passcode (OTP).
• Send you notifications about events, messages, and connection requests.
• Show you relevant NA-friendly places and events in your area.
• Improve and personalize the Service.
• Enforce our Terms of Use and protect the safety of our community.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:

• With other users: Your profile name, photo, and preferences are visible to other Clarity Vibes users. Messages are visible to the recipient.
• Event hosts: When you RSVP to an event, the host can see your name and profile.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and push notifications. These providers only access data necessary to perform their functions.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Safety: We may share information to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and update: You can view and edit your profile information within the app.
• Delete your account: You can delete your account from the Profile settings screen. This removes your data from our active systems.
• Notifications: You can manage notification preferences in the app or disable push notifications through your device settings.
• Block and report: You can block or report other users at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure token storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 21, we will delete it promptly.
